Approval Workflows

Approval Workflows automate the policy review and approval process prior to making them active on PolicyStat. Any edits made to policies during the review restarts the Workflow to the first user to ensure all users approve the most current versions. In addition to the Approval Workflow, other users can review policies using collaboration commenting. For example, a Subject Matter Expert for a topic can view and comment on suggested changes to a policy without needing to be added to the formal Workflow.
