Approving a Pending Document
If you are a member of an Approval Workflow, as a normal Approver or a policy Owner who has been included on the the flow, you'll need review pending policies and either mark your approval or make edits before restarting the approval process.
Bulk Approving Policies
If no changes have been made to a group of policies during the review, Approvers have the option to mark their approval in bulk. If a policy is New or has been Revised it must be approved individually.
Documents that are new have to be approved individually. Only new unchanged versions of existing active policies can be approved in a bulk way.
When viewing the full Policies Requiring My Approval Report, use the checkboxes to select one or more unchanged policies and click the Approve Policies button as described in the video above.
What if I'm not ready to approve?
If the policy is still in need of some work, you can edit the pending policy or use the collaboration feature, which is outlined in the next section, to discuss the needed changes with your fellow Workflow members.
Additional Information
