Objective:
- To view your Zendesk requests
Environment:
- Zendesk
Additional Information:
Viewing your requests requires that you are Logged-in to Zendesk.
Procedure:
- While in the support center (Zendesk), click the down-arrow next to your name in the top right corner to open the menu.
- Click My Activities from the menu
- Search for the name of your request or filter based on ticket status (optional).
- Click the name of the request to open and view your case.
