- To understand how to log-in to the knowledge base
Environment:
- Zendesk
Additional Information:
If you do not have an account, you will need to create one by clicking "Sign up" on the login pop-up.
Procedure:
- Click Sign in in the top right corner of any page in the knowledge base.
- Enter the Email and Password (A) associated with your account.
- Click Sign in (B)
