Objective:
- Resolve holds placed because a document is missing dates
Environment:
- PolicyStat site undergoing implementation
Additional Information:
Documents may also be placed on hold for the following issues:
Procedure:
Dates are very important in PolicyStat. As such, if our Conversions Team identifies a document in the conversions queue that does not have any dates, they will put the document on hold. Site Administrators can use the following steps to resolve the hold:
- Click Home
- Click Policy Imports on Hold
- Click the name of the document you need to resolve
- Below the Dates header, enter the Origination, Last Approved, and Revision Dates
Please note, we have one Origination Date, and one Last Approved Date; we can have multiple Revision Dates. The Origination Date should be the earliest date on the document; we can think of this like the date of creation. Last Approved should be the latest date on the document, or the last time it went through an approval cycle. We can list as many past revision dates as needed; please separate the dates with a space. We can also use the same date for all three date fields.
- Enter a brief comment in the comment box (A) to let the conversions team know you’ve added the dates
- Click Return to Queue (B)
