How do I restore / reactivate a user account?
- Restore a Deactivated User
- Click the Admin Tab.
- Click Users.
- Click Inactive users.
- Search for the user you would like to reactivate.
- Click Restore.
Note: If your system is syncing users with Active Directory and the user restored is deactivated in Active Directory the user will be moved to Inactive on the next nightly sync.
