We use Google Analytics to help analyze how end users use our services and we provide certain end user usage statistics collected by Google Analytics to our customers as part of the services. In order for the service to function correctly, the following URL will need to be allowed:

The other information we use in the analytics report for policy counts and usage graphs showing logins, editor sessions, approvals, comes from PolicyStat and Mixpanel.

Answer:
- Policy Views -- we capture the title & id of the policy. This gets used in the report to show Top Policy Views.
- Policy Edit -- we capture the title & id of the policy when a policy is opened for an editor
session. This gets used in the report to show Policy Access Over Time - Policy Emailed -- we capture the title & id of the policy when the email link is clicked. This gets used in the report to show Policy Access Over Time
- Policy Print -- we capture the title, category, and ID of the policy when the print link is clicked. This gets used in the report to show Policy Access Over Time
- Policy Download To Word -- we capture the title & id of the policy when the download to word link is clicked. This gets used in the report to show Policy Access Over Time
- Searches -- we capture the URL that gets generated when the search is executed which tells us the search term used and filters. We also get the # of results that were returned when the search was executed. This gets used in the report to show Top Searches as well as Top
Searches Producing No Results. - Search Selections -- we capture what search term was used, and the title & id of the policy that was selected. This helps us show the Policy Selected After Searching information.
