How Do I Select Applicability?

System sites with multiple interconnected PolicyStat sites will most likely also contain multiple Applicability groups. For more detail about what Applicability groups are, see this article

Whether creating a new policy or editing an existing policy, setting the appropriate Applicability is a required property to save. 

Applicability Tab

Select the Policy Applicability tab next to the Policy Content and Policy Properties tabs.

PLEASE NOTE: If your site does not contain multiple Applicability groups, this tab will not appear.

Select the Applicability Group

From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate Applicability grouping. If you are unsure as to which group to select, please consult your local Site Administrator

Once the policy becomes active, it will appear in the search results for any site contained within the selected Applicability group.
