Requirements to Save (and Autosave) a Draft

-

PolicyStat's Autosave feature preserves your draft files while you write to ensure the content is maintained before the Approval Workflow begins.

However, saving a draft requires information be entered in a few key areas.

Locate and click the Policy Properties tab.

From the Policy Propeties menu, select information for each of the following:

  1. Owner
  2. Area
  3. Approval Workflow

At the bottom of the Policy Properties tab, the Next Review date is also featured with a red asterisk like the other areas. This date is pre-populated when the Area is assigned, but can be adjusted as needed.

With these criteria addressed, the draft will be automatically saved every 5-10 seconds.

To save more frequently, click the Save Now button at the bottom of the draft page.
