Create a New User (Non-Active Directory/Single Sign-On)


For sites which do not utilize Active Directory or Single Sign-On, user profiles will need to be created manually. This short tutorial describes the process for creating a new user within PolicyStat.

Create a User

  1. Click the Admin tab

  2. Under the Site Data column, click Users

  3. Click Create User

  4. Provide the user details including first/last name, email address, title, and associated Area (1). Assigning a username and password are required (2), but assigning permissions to a user (3) is not. For more on assigning permissions, see this article.

  5. When all details have been provided, click Create Account (4).
