In the footer of a PolicyStat document, you can view its document history, comments made by Owners/Approvers/Collaborators, which users were invited to collaborate, and additional information pertaining to the approval process when the document is pending approval.

- Provide any feedback that may prove beneficial as part of the approval, then click the Approve Policy button. For more on the Approval Workflow process, see this article.
- The policy document history is outlined including all approval steps, edits, administrative overrides, comments, or other adjustments throughout the life cycle of this version of the document. To view additional transactions for prior versions, you must open the prior version from the All Versions link in the top right of the policy.
- This section also contains the Collaboration feature, which allows Approvers to add comments and invite other users to collaborate and comment on a policy document prior to approval. For more on Collaboration, see this article.

We are NOT seeing the full history in the footer of a pending policy... only the last one or two transactions... Any ideas on why ?
Hi Beverly! That is because the history only reflects the life-cycle for the current version of the policy. When a policy completes the Approval Workflow process, a new version is created so you will only see the history of that version. To see the historical information for other versions of the policy, click the All Versions link in the top right, and you can review any additional transactions from prior versions there.
