Procedure:
- Open the policy using the link from either the email or the home tab.
- Review the policy.
- Click the button titled I have read and understood this policy at the bottom of the screen.

Is there a repository of stored Policy Acknowledgements, that could be accessed at a later date by an Internal Auditor? This will allow confirmation after the fact on who has or has not been trained / acknowledged the policies.
Can the system admin change the wording (for legal reasons) on the button "I have read and understood this policy/"
Sean - I think Ben from our team replied to your comment previously, but just for the record from the View Acknowledgments page you can generate a CSV report of the displayed results that can be provided to an Auditor. Hope that helps.
Susie - That is currently not a feature we support, but it has been requested in the past by other users. I just looked through UserVoice for a suggested idea and there did not appear to be one listed yet. I'm happy to create a UserVoice idea, or you may be able to provide more specific details as to what you're looking for. If you do create one, please re-post the link here so others can also vote. Thanks!
Please do so, thanks Phil! Looking for the ability to modify the words displayed on the policy acknowledgment button.
