Scenario: Several policies use the same form or attachment. When the form needs to be revised it has to be updated each instance where it is attached to a policy.
Solution: To keep the same version of the form across multiple policies a best practice is to create one 'stub-policy' which acts as the placeholder for the shared form. Then, add a hyperlink on each policy that points to the 'stub-policy'. When the attachment/form on the stub policy is revised, all policies with a hyperlink to the 'stub-policy' will see the latest revision without having to separately update the form on each policy.
