For starters, our support site (https://support.policystat.com) has undergone a complete makeover. The interface is clean, attractive, and accessible from any browser or device. Articles in our knowledge base are better organized and updated more frequently to help you find answers even faster.
Several articles have already been updated with interactive tutorials that put you in the driver’s seat for your learning experience. Examples include new tutorials on “How to Search”, “How to Be a Proxy”, “Document Lifecycle”, and more. Even more updates and new tutorials are rolling out weekly, so please continue to check back for more.
Another new and exciting enhancement is our user community. Our phenomenal support team will continue to provide the best in class product support you have come to expect from PolicyStat, but we also recognize the best answers can often come from you. As PolicyStat end users, you live and breathe the daily experience of the product and may be able to answer questions for other users with a different perspective than our team. Now’s your time to share what you know!
